Rosehill
Group, a hospitality company, has added yet another feather to its cap
in the hospitality industry, as it opens its new Deluxe Suites Hotel
today in Kaduna. According to a statement issued yesterday by the
management of Rosehill Luxury Suites Ltd, the hotel is part of Rosehill
Group's hospitality business, designed to offer unparalleled service
and accommodation to discerning customers visiting Kaduna for
relaxation or business. The statement further explained: "Deluxe Suites is a
four-star hotel with a total of 48 rooms, all ensuite, and service
apartment offering first class accommodation in three categories: a
two-bedroom presidential suite, which is fitted with a kitchen and
dining room, an office and customised concierge; the second category is
one-bedroom business suites, also fitted with kitchens and dining
facilities, and the third category is a studio room offering bedroom,
kitchen and a living room. Services and facilities in the hotel will include a
restaurant services, offering continental and local cuisine to be run
by an international chef. Other facilities include laundry services, wireless
internet environment, conference hall and car hire services. Reliable
power supply is backed up by generators with automatic switching
system. Boreholes compliment the public water supply with treatment
plant. "Deluxe Suites Kaduna is part of Rosehill Group
diversification strategy into hospitality business with a planned hotel
opening in Kano, Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt, in the immediate
future".
The hotel, which has service apartments, is situated at No. 3, Ali Akilu Road, in the central Kaduna business district.
The management of the new hotel is headed by EI-Hadj
Mansour Sail. Mr. Sail, the General Manager, has brought with him over
25 years experience in first-class hotel management, including the
five-star Sofitel Teranga, Dakar, owned by Groupe Accor of France. Deluxe Suite was designed by award-winning Architect
Yakubu Dimka and its interior was handled by Italian designer Fabio De
Rossi.
