David Hyatt, Ph.D., acting vice president of leadership development for FreemanGroup, a leading customer service solutions firm headquartered in Richardson, TX, today announced the addition of the Leadership Academy to FreemanGroup’s suite of human resources solutions.
Hyatt, whose doctorate is in psychology, is an independent management and leadership consultant with more than 15 years of experience in leadership and more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing employee and management survey programs. Hyatt partnered with FreemanGroup and assumed the role of acting vice president of leadership development in 2009 in order to assist the firm with the development of the Leadership Academy.
“FreemanGroup was already the best at aligning training with branding. Now they’re going to stand out as being the first to offer what is essentially a sustainable leadership boot camp,” said Hyatt.
To create the Leadership Academy, Hyatt and FreemanGroup first developed one-of-a-kind leadership workshops and coaching programs that would become the basis for the academy. They then determined which aspects of the Leadership Academy they could make customizable or alter to suit an individual property’s unique needs and requirements. Finally, they designed the academy so that it could be run internally by an organization’s personnel once it had been properly established.
