Contractors submit bids for new Four Seasons hotel in Dubai

FourseasonNew hotel resort will replace Jumeirah Beach Club

Local developer Bright Start is planning to build a five-star resort on Dubai's Jumeirah Beach road.

The hotel will be operated by Canada's Four Seasons and built on the former Jumeirah Beach Club site.

The hotel will have a total built-up area of 65,000 square metres and will include basement parking. The ground level will include a valet parking area, more parking and operational facilities. Guest rooms will be located on the first five floors of the building.

The resort will also have a ballroom, spa, fitness centre, main hotel restaurant and bar, a roof-top bar and lounge, as well as recreational facilities, including tennis courts and swimming pools.
